What You'll Be Doing:
Build and scale paid acquisition channels from zero
Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, DSA) with a strong hands-on approach
Work with large-scale feed-based campaign structures and dynamic acquisition systems
Improve acquisition economics and performance metrics (RPC, CPA, ROAS, break-even targets)
Develop and validate growth hypotheses through structured experimentation
Collaborate closely with product and development teams on landing pages, conversion flows, feed structure, and tracking architecture
Improve conversion tracking and attribution systems (GA4, GTM, conversion value, event structure)
Analyze funnel performance and identify scaling opportunities across acquisition channels
Build processes and frameworks for sustainable paid acquisition growth
Identify bottlenecks affecting campaign performance and propose scalable solutions
Your Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
Strong practical expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, DSA)
Experience launching and scaling acquisition campaigns from scratch
Deep understanding of performance funnels, bidding strategies, and acquisition mechanics
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience with GA4, GTM, attribution, conversion tracking, and conversion value setup
Understanding of unit economics and acquisition metrics (CPA, ROAS, RPC, CAC, LTV)
Experience working cross-functionally with product and development teams
Ability to independently identify problems, form hypotheses, and drive experiments
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-changing environment
Bonus Points:
Experience with feed-based products, marketplaces, aggregators, or lead generation platforms
Experience in HR tech, affiliate marketing, or programmatic advertising
Experience with tROAS and value-based bidding strategies
Experience scaling acquisition in US and/or EU markets
