Founded in 2023, the company has grown 5x, building a fully remote team that serves over 150 enterprise clients across the US and EU through AI-powered advertising technology.
At J-Vers, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who will become the first person to build and run the recruitment function at J-Vers — combining strategic ownership with hands-on hiring. Your primary role is not just to hire, but to build a team of strong players who align with our culture and will help us achieve business goals🌟
What you’ll be responsible for:
Deep business & product immersion: You proactively build a strong understanding of our product, business model, teams, and market to ensure high-quality hiring decisions;
Strategic partnership with stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to founders and hiring managers — shaping role requirements, challenging assumptions, and defining the ideal candidate profile;
Product recruitment expertise: Lead hiring for product-related and go-to-market roles, understanding how each hire impacts product growth and business outcomes;
Full-cycle recruitment ownership: Manage the entire hiring funnel — from sourcing to offer — with a strong focus on candidate experience and quality of hire;
Competency & values-based interviewing: Conduct structured, in-depth interviews using methodologies like STAR/PARLA to assess both professional competencies and cultural alignment;
Building high-performance teams: Identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates (“A-players”), ensuring strong alignment with company values and long-term vision;
Data-driven approach: Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring strategies and processes;
Process ownership & improvement: Take initiative in optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and scaling recruitment operations;
Culture & values advocacy: Champion a hiring approach that balances skills, mindset, and cultural fit.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including strong exposure to product recruitment and non-technical roles (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Affiliate);
Has hands-on experience hiring for Middle and Senior-level roles, particularly in product-driven or fast-scaling environments;
Demonstrates strong expertise in competency-based and values-based interviewing, with the ability to deeply assess soft skills and cultural fit;
Has experience building and executing data-driven hiring strategies, including sourcing channel selection, funnel optimization, and recruitment analytics;
Acts as a true business partner — influencing hiring decisions, building trust with stakeholders, and driving alignment;
Is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a high level of autonomy and ownership;
Has experience working with ATS systems (e.g., Teamtailor) and recruitment automation tools;
Has Intermediate+ English for working with international candidates;
Previous experience in a lead or ownership role within recruitment is a strong plus.
