Who can refer

    You know the candidate personally or professionally

    Your referral is not already in our database

    You confirm that your referral knows you recommended them

How it works

After you submit the referral form, we’ll contact you within three working days.

Browse open roles on our website and recommend top talent. If your referral is hired full-time, you’ll receive a one-time payment based on their grade. You can find the amounts for each role in the referral form.

We believe in hiring and promoting based on talent and qualifications, and without bias or discrimination.

Payment policy

  • If your referral successfully passes their 3 months adaptation period, you’ll receive a one-time payment based on their grade.

  • We can make payments to person’s IBAN accounts: business or a physical person's account.

    The recipient is responsible for paying taxes on the amount received.

  • J-Vers or the person who gives the recommendation must complete the invoice template.
